Earlier this year, aspiring maintenance engineer Cody joined us for a month-long work placement as part of his Maintenance, Installation, and Repair T-Level. His dedication, diligence and positive attitude stood out from day one. Shortly after completing his course, Cody became a full-time member of the Power Utilities Group team, and his success story did not stop there.

We are proud to share that Cody recently received his T-Level results and he passed with flying colours, earning a high merit. This is a testament to his skill, commitment and determination to excel in his chosen field.

At Power Utilities Group, it is always a pleasure to welcome students from local schools for apprenticeships, work placements and work experience. What Are T Levels?
T Levels are a relatively new qualification for students aged 16 and over, designed to provide a high-quality technical alternative to A Levels. Each T Level combines classroom learning with an industry placement, giving students the chance to apply their knowledge in a real-world working environment. Equivalent to three A Levels, the course prepares learners for skilled roles in sectors such as engineering, as well as higher apprenticeships or further study.

Celebrating Cody’s Achievement
Cody’s high merit in his Maintenance, Installation and Repair T-Level is a fantastic achievement that reflects his commitment to learning and his professional growth. We were honoured to host him for his placement and we are even more delighted to now call him a permanent member of the Power Utilities Group family.

Well done, Cody. We are proud to have you on the team.
